As a follow-up to the below post, I believe it's possible that the change in lyrics people are talking about (from goo goo g'joob to coo coo cachoo) could have some relation to the fact that Ken Kesey (portrayed by Bono) is the author of the book "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." Of course it could just be coincedence, but you never know.

Bono might be playing the character of Dr. Robert, but he represents Ken Kesey. Kesey was an author who among many other things drove a psychedelically painted bus dubbed "Further" cross the US. The passengers were called the "Merry Pranksters" & they dropped acid and partied the whole trip. Owsley Stanley, the main bus driver, admitted to being high on acid most of the time he was driving. Essentially the movie "Across the Universe" is a Cliff Notes version of the 60's counterculture movement

i dont know why but i LOVE the way he says long and the face Bono makes at 2:07-2:09 haha i dont know its just funny in a way! :P But Bono did a great job at covering this song although i personally think the original was better :P And btw about screwing up the lyrics..wether they/he screwed them up or not its still a great/funny song and who really cares if they use coo coo cachoo or goo goo g'joob :P lol anyways thts just my opinion :P-Love,Dougie,Danny,Tom and Harry of McFly!!! <3 <3
