Halo 3 "Mythic" Revealed - New Achievements - PAX 2008


Here is part of Halo 3 Mythic which was shown by Bungie during PAX 2008. I managed to get my hands on some pics which were leaked on the internet. There are 30 new Halo 3 achievements all worth 750 gamerpoints. Most are based on the Legendary and Mythic map packs. As of now, if you start up Halo 3 on your 360, in the main menu where you choose, "Campaign", "Multiplayer", "Custom" etc, you will see 1.1 on the bottom of the screen. That is the current version number. On the picture that was leaked which shows "Halo 3 Mythic", the number is 1.2 indicating version 1.2 which is most likely means it is an expansion. As for when this will come out, If you looked at the pictures of the achievements on the video, one achievement "Vidmaster Challenge: Annual" states that, "After 9/25/08, completed Halo on 4-player Legendary LIVE co-op, with Iron, and everyone in Ghosts." the maps are coming out early next year but the game halo odst is coming out late 2009 but contains the mythic maps so if the legendery maps become free you will be able to get all the maps with out individually buying them.
