ware you SURE you put it in the "Games" folder?Was you memory card in propper in the usb plug?

Can anyone help me! I am a complete newbie to this and have bought an R4, downloaded the software from the R4 website and subsequently downloaded a few games into a folder called games on my R4 - however - when I start my DS I only get a message "LOADING" and thats it - Please helpthanks
