ur wrong ... the beatles were introduced to Badfinger by their roadie who after repeated attempts , got them signed to Apples records. Yes paul wrote "come and get it " and gave it to them to record ( against Petes will i might add) but to say anything approaching "coached" by the Beatles is flat out wrong. I recommend reading " Without You the Tragic Story of Badfinger" . The Wikipedia content is reprinted verbatim from old mags and such. U should know better.

yeah, everyone should read about them, tragic story ,cant believe they (families) are still getting screwed over for "without you" .Joey seems like a tool and it comes across in his posing at the cameras in every clip

I think my favorite part of this great performance is Tom's slight change in the harmony part from 2:01-2:04 which is just another little twist that made this special song even more special in this performance.-BC

I always thought that if you exclude Pete's awesome lead vocals , it sounds like Maccartney (music and backing vocals , especially bass). I love it !
