I think you might have misunderstood me. I wasn't saying that my $10 would make a difference in Kanye's (or any other artist's) bank account, but that I was wishing that they would get more of the money from an album sale. Yes, I know that artists have tons of money, but only getting $1-2 dollars per CD is, in my opinion, ripping off the artist. Their music is way better than that.

I think its about being in love with someone thinking he/she likes you back and then to hear from a close friend that knows you like her that, she has started a relationship with someone else

I completely agree that artists should get money from the awesome hits they drop. But I just wish artists would get more than a dollar or two from a $16-21 CD purchase...their companies, managers, labels get 95% of money!!! Makes me just want to mail Kanye $10...
