That is such speech, it's ironic that i live in the UK and gay civil partnership is such a non issue, it's happened and society hasn't fallen apart, if anything it redefines the parimeters of love. I work as a registrar and happily marry people of all shapes and sizes, and for one can't wait to have a civil partnership with my partner. People on California, keep fighting and don't let the bigots get you down!

Why does Olbermann have to point out that he is not gay before entering his comments? Can't a homosexual comment objectively on this matter? How does his sexual preference give him more of a credential to speak here?At any rate, by Olbermann's own (limited) thinking, my 38 year-old neighbor should be allowed to marry his older brother, either of his older sisters, or all of them.After all, as Olbermann says, "What is it to us? It's about love."
