We have effective Constitutional Procedures for dealing with a criminally incompetent President... we can IMPEACH HIM! This would have been an effective procedure for a President who lies the country into a war, for one who violates the law on secrecy, the 4th Amendment Right against unreasonable search and seizure, and numerous other crimes.Bush needed to be Impeached, for the good of the country. Now, the crimes of this Administration need to be looked into, for possible prosecution.
