One look at the score confirms this piece is much harder to play than it sounds. Many overlapping and slurred voices that must be brought out for the listener. Yet he makes it look so easy.Beautiful !

Absolutely, this sonata find´s his proprietary. Horowitz gives (also in 1985' recording) a ideal form of this great and serious work. Wonderful!!
