first of all, anyone who believes bush is innocent of war crimes, why do you think he is trying to pass this bill? Second, as far as 9/11 goes, there in no concrete evidence linking osama bin laden. Check the FBI's webpage, obama is wanted for the attack in kenya, not for 911. Bush needs his testicles lit on fire, while Adam vinateri kicks him straight in the nutbag! Thats fair punishment.

I don't think Obama will do more good than bad this term because it would be unrealistic for any president. All he can do is think with logic, knowledge and sensibility when allowing bills to be turned into policies. If he does make terrible mistakes then there's always the next term to look forward to :-). I doubt Obama will continue to fund the war in Iraq or cause a new one because we all know the war in Iraq and Afghanistan are part of the reason for our great economic recession.
