Thanks for posting! That's a great video. I would add the following that sets Steve apart:-Know your subject well-Get expert help-Don't talk down to the audience-Use appropriate humor (like when he called Starbucks and ordered a thousand lattes to go during a demo for the first iPhone, or when he had Noah Wiley impersonate him).-Show what the competition is doing and then show why your product is better.
